Should humans try to find a cure for all diseases and if we did, would the earth be able to sustain us? Or is disease a natural part of life that helps keep population under control?

We shouldn't be so protected from diseases, because when the time comes that we won't get meds for them (and yes, that time WILL come) we won't be immune and we're all gonna die. So I think we should just let diseases run their courses, and the population would be more stable. Plus, we would be immune to alot more things and maybe not so self-centered, because we would then be more aware of how the people with no meds are living.
