Drinking water is always a GREAT thing! It helps hydrate your body and keeps your organs running smoothly. Your body will take care of your water intake, no matter how great... You will fill your bladder and then empty it. So you will be fine! I wish I could drink more water!!! Congrats to you!

it is very important to drink water. It is called the "elixir of life" for a reason. Your body is mostly water.
That being said, as always, to much of a good thing can be bad.
A lady in California died from drinking to much water. It was as a result of a contest by a radio station here and she killed herself drinking to much water. Now the radio station is being sued, rightfully so. It was a dumb contest. She was a young woman and it is sad that she died, but she didn't use any common sense. Common sense is not at all common!

It is good to drink a lot of water but not to much. In a water drinking contest a lady died because of all the water , she had drown out all of the electrolytes in her body.

Yes, water is good for you. But when my father got diabetes, he found he was drinking more. Do you have any problems with weight, or show any signs of a sickness?

you should drink 8-8oz glasses of water a day, not 30 min before eating because you will dilute you digestive juices and this will prevent you from properly digesting your food.
oh and only use a filtered water

(In response to someone else's comment) You actually CAN drink too much water, and it can be deadly. I doubt you're drinking nearly that much though, I'm just saying that it is possible.

Yes, water cleans your system & makes food easier to digest. It also hydrates your skin. 60% of you is made up of water so keep it clean ... try to drink 2 litres a day, if you drink to much its bad for you...
