Just wondering if it's still safe; the food looks normal. Thanks for helping.

I took the food out once I found out that there was aluminum in the container and heated the food on a plate afterwards.

i wouldnt you can get aluminum poisoning

Yes you can. The aluminum should not be placed in the microwave because it will harm the microwave, not because it will harm the food.

10 seconds hopefully will not damage the microwave, it also depends on the power of the micro.

I don't recommend eating the food. Usually when aluminum is heated in the microwave, the microwave will heat up and burn, causing the food to turn bad and the microwave to malfunction.

i dont think it would hurt u , the aluminum burns not the food. but there could be some melty residue. i wouldnt risk it.
