wanna get a coke and a burger. BTW your paying if you ask him out. don't ask if you can be his girfriend or he will run. Its not slutty to ask a guy out, its actually flattering that a woman has the balls to ask a guy out. The problem with giving a guy a "sign" that you like him is that he might be to dense to see the "sign". Just ask him out.

The idea of asking a guy out based on you're examples sound in a way demanding. If a female was to ask me out through this method, I would feel awkward and most likely run away hypothetically speaking if I did not know them closely or somewhat close.

I'd say ask the male to do an activity with you whether it be recreational, crafting, video games, coffee, etc. Go with something small first instead of directly asking him out. Although, brace yourself for the possibility of rejection and embarrassment.

Overall, I would say build strong friendships first over anything before pursuing a relationship or even dating. It is always best to have a circle of good and true friends to revert to for future assistance.

I hope this helps. Good luck.

i think the best one is ...wanna go out. Then you dont look like you want to be a girlfriend - right off the bat- and also the guy doesnt hesitate when it seems that you are already seeing him as a boyfriend.

men have a problem with women wanting to be girlfriends - when we havent even met you- cold hearted, but that is the truth.

Its like this ladies: would you appreciate it if I asked you to be my girlfriend, this very instant? Not really, like i thought. Im a stranger

Personally, I have never asked a guy out, but I think casually asking "Do you wanna go to the movies sometime?" or whatever- will work. You know, something fairly simple, but can be "taken in" in different ways. (And only if you want, tell him you like him-- assuming he doesn't know..?)

You don't necessarily say "I want to be your girlfriend," straight out, get him "warmed up" to the idea. And if the date goes well, wait a while till the next opportunity, assuming you're pretty sure he is interested and would like to do it again. Or maybe wait for him to ask... =9

e-mail me if you need any more advice. tell me how it turns out! [if what I say helps (or not)]

Build a kissing friendship first. Forget about the idea of "going out." Who wants to be married before it is time. Commitment should come AFTER relationship building, not first. You should be building as many relationships as possible and kissing the ones you are attracted to.

Hopefully you'll get to know them first, people (maybe even him) will assume you're going out, anyway. "Hey, wanna go see Harry Potter with me?" (if you ask them out, be prepared to pay their way).
After a great night on the town, you gotta complement them and give them a reason: "I think you're brilliant and gorgeous and awesome and if you'll be my boyfriend I'll ....(give you back rubs/take you to dinner every friday/buy you all the Mountain Dew you can drink/go paintballing with you), sound like a good deal?"

The best thing to do is to invite him to do something together, like me for coffee, play mini golf etc. Usually when a girl sentenced to a guy we feel that she means it as a date and we'll consider whether or not we're interested in her romantically.

How about something specific that doesn't commit him or you for the indefinate future like
"I heard you talking about taking pictures in the park and wondered if you and I could go to Landing Park together?" Of course, you would substitute something that he actually does or is interested in that you would like to share with him.

The party you are interested in cannot be "tricked" into a relationship. They need to be interested. I would consider asking them to something non-threatening - like star bucks or a movie. Nothing is more sexy than confidence.
