Glad I'm not the only one who feels this way. I've been told that I overreacted about this situation.

Of course! You should never lie to your partner. And if you do, you should never get caught! AND if you get caught once, you should never lie again.

Tell them that you're sick of their lies, no matter how big or small, and if they keep it up, then it's over. And that's no lie my friend.

Yes indeed, it would bother me for my mate to tell lies to me. Trust is the most important thing in a relationship, as well as, respect. If you don't have both, the relationship falls apart over time. His lying certainly would make me wonder when he was telling the truth. It's difficult enough to maintain a good relationship without lies. With lies it just would become too stressful for me.

yea because lying can be a bad habit that may surface at the wrong time. Its the use of the lies that is the problem. Everyone lies, really, but ideally everyone should know the proper situation and context when they should lie. You cant lie all the time. when you do, hopefully its consequences on everyone else and yourself have been carefully been analyzed.

The repercussion could be conflict interior, and would carry back the liberty of non secular develop. There could be a ought to hold directly to the reality that the small white lie were informed, with a view to hide it at a destiny time. needing to hold directly to something as we pass by existence isn't helpful. i've got self assurance that lies imprison, they do away with the liberty of who we are on a human and non secular point. it is likewise unkind to the guy that the lie has been informed to, inflicting them to doubt themselves, doubt their intestine instincts, exchange into perplexed. it somewhat is often superb to return from a place of finished reality, and then you will circulate thoroughly freely and unencumbered by existence, and stay able of peace of ideas. with love Sunny woman :) :) :) Sparing yet another's emotions ....... there is mostly a thank you to attain this with out needing to lie. If asked, a lot of human beings might say we desire the certainty to a lie. If the certainty is coming from a place of definitely loving purpose then it shouldn't reason injury.

Very much. That's the reason that me and my ex split up. If they lie about a lot of little things there's nothing to make you think they won't lie about a few big things either. Of course, I'll be honest and say that I'm pretty sensitive too, so it may just be me.

DEFINATELY!~ any lie, big or small is a LIE and lies are only told when you don't want someone finding out exactly what you're up to/doing.
I would dig deeper and find out what he 's trying to hide* GoodLuck*

The only kind of relationship you can have with a dishonest person is a dishonest relationship.

Time to move on.
