I will conceed that some people do bring their children with them from wherever when they come here illegally. I understand they did not have a say in the matter. What galls me is that when they are made aware of the fact they are illegal and turn 18, it is their responsibility to go back to their homeland. They are aware that they are breaking the law & continue to do so and whine about it. They should be pissed at their parents! If I do anything illegal, I can't get away with blaming my parents or pleading that I'll be forced to live bleow what I am accustomed to, they would laugh my butt right out of court! But when an illegal says it, it carries weight?! If you are here illegally , just go home and apply the correct way.

Yes I am.
If a child grows to adulthood and remains illegal at that point, he/she has made a choice..the wrong choice.
Any illegal who crosses the border as an adult made the decision to break the law and they whine as much. "It's not my fault I want to steal your jobs, health care and education. My country wouldn't give it to me." Tough s--t.
My government didn't GIVE me a job, I studied and trained for my profession. I pay for health care and insurance and I paid for my higher education. My parents paid taxes that paid for my elementary and high school education. I earned what I have and I didn't sneak in somewhere to take it.
If they want a better life, they should strive to change things back in their home nations or apply legally to enter and live in the US.

I know. I'm a Native American and it's not my fault either. But I wouldn't have it any other way. Proud American too!!

See your way would allow them to know and understand their own culture from first hand experience. God forbid that from happening. Most of the illegal invaders tell Americans to get used to learning Spanish. Or to go back to the European countries from which others came when there were no immigrations laws in their arriving to the U.S in the first place.

I'm not as sick of people saying "I'm illegal, but it's not my fault" as I am of those in America who are promoting illegal immigration, no matter what country these illegal immigrants are coming from.

As a retired teacher, and now a substitute teacher, I abhor any American educator who "stands up" for "illegals" sucking up money from America's schools.

Too many students of Hispanic origin have informed me that they cannot read the daily assignment because they do not speak English. These same students are allowed to speak in a language I do not understand; calling me and my English-speaking students names; speaking a language most of my students do not know.

I'm not as sick of people saying "I'm illegal, but it's not my fault". as I am sick of American public schools accepting this lame excuse! Illegal parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, sisters, brothers, etc., etc., learn to speak English! American educators, make your students speak English. Don't answer them, or accept an excuse that they cannot understand English.

The U.S. Government is so concerned that the world will love them, and accept them as a country that takes in every nationality and belief, that the government has abandoned every concept of "Americanism".

Every community, small or large, is charged with the responsibility of "standing up and being counted". If they don' then they deserve to "reap what they sow".

If you had come here illegally from France at the age of 1 and knew nothing other than life in America, are you truly telling me at the age of 18 you would return to a country where you knew no relatives, possibly didn't speak the language, and knew you would not be able to get a job and support yourself just to follow the letter of the law? If so, what do you do for the months or years it takes for our government paperwork to be processed so you can return? What has happened to compassion and common sense in this country?

I absolutely agree.

I enjoy those who try to justify allowing illegals to stay under the guise that they don't know their home country. Fine, then take your illegal parents with you! Or, sue your illegal parents in court for the emotional and financial distress they are causing you.

I still have more empathy for Americans who are being denied services for the burden these illegal minors place on our schools - schools that their parents NEVER pay for. And please don't cry about how many taxes illegals pay - show me ten illegals who pay enough in taxes to cover one child's education and I'll show you ten thousand illegal children who have parents who pay nothing. At over $10,000 per kid per year in our schools it adds up fast for US taxpayers.

Yes, we Americans are pissed off that America has become the dumping grounds for all the crappiest nations in the world.

...JUST as sick as I am- that people ALWAYS seem to be complaining about someone ELSE'S wrongdoing- and holding THEMSELVES up- as the higher standard. If your life is so WONDERFULL- then why are you picking on someone ELSE who's worse off??? Would you RATHER be in THEIR shoes? Would it make YOU "happy"- if you could be the person who "drops the dimes", & "name the names", and "points the fingers" at those that YOU feel shouldn't be IN this Country??? We DO have a serious immigration problem in this Country. And EVERYBODY knows it. But it's GOING TO CONTINUE- for as LONG as nobody can agree on what to do about it. And ALL the whining in the World- is not going to change a single mind...

I am a bit more understanding of thsoe people. It's their parents and the others who came willingly , that I am not so forgiving. What makes an American is our culture. If they lived here all their lives, they are culturally American, or atleaast I hope they are. It's hard for them to move back. It's is almost as bad as Immigrants forcing their culture on us.

Illegals must be returned to their country of origin to justify the concerns of the citizens whose benefits are decreasing since welfare is being diverted to illegals.

Well, I think that they CAN blame their parents for it. They should be sent back to Mexico and IF we find that they were law abiding while they were here (none of that minor record is private crap), then they should be allowed back.
