What are you, 14? An entire bottle of whine at 130 pounds will get you wasted. If you're that eager to get drunk just take a couple shots. Oh and mixing it with beer would be disgusting.

no it doesn't make you a sad person, you just like your wine like many other women! My friend and I both have kids and we do it cause it is a safe way to have a relaxing drink or 2 or 4 after a long day (compared to going to a bar and driving home drunk and dealing with creepy men) My girlfriend told me she was going to stop drinking last month and then 2 days later told me she was in alcohol withdraw because she had been downing a bottle every night for the past year. I had no idea she was drinking that much and I find that situation sad, but there is nothing wrong sad about your situation as long as you are not doing it every night! I probably do it about 2 times a month when I can't get a sitter or don't feel like getting dressed to go out and I am definitely not a sad person. McLovin, what is wrong with box wine..it taste delish and is an excellent value. We all gotta watch every dollar in these hard economic times lol

Normally I wouldn't be telling someone they should actively go and get drunk, as this is very irresponsible of me! But if you really want to and as long as you are careful when you do it I can't stop you!!
If it is your first time drinking and you mix it with beer, yes it will get you drunk. The number one rule is to never mix Grape and Grain, (along with knowing when to stop!) and this will be what you are doing having wine and beer!
12.4% is pretty strong, especially if it is the first time you have drunk (did I get that right) and had wine. And if you drink the whole bottle, yes that will probably get you drunk too!
One thing to take into account though is what your metablisium (sp?) is like, if it is fast then it may not work so much as if it was slow.
The one thing I will say though is, make sure you are safe and among family or friends that you know and trust when you deside to get drunk. The last thing I am sure you want is to try it and find out way too late that you can't handle it and end up not knowing what happened or how you ended up where ever you may end up! Please take care and look after yourself...
Hope this helps.

Not only will you get drunk, more than likely you'll get sick and puke your guts out too. Your height has nothing to do with how your body will absorb the alcohol. Your weight, what you've had to eat and how fast you consume the wine will make all the difference in the world.
On top of this, if you've never had an alcoholic beverage before, what makes you think that you'll even like the taste of wine or beer?
If you're going to experiment, do so in the presence of friends that you can trust. You didn't mention how old you are. I hope that you're smart enough to know not to drink and drive.

Yes, especially since you are 130 pounds and this is your first time drinking, if you drink that bottle you will most likely get very sick. I am 23, been drinking for years, and weigh 185 pounds. I drank a 1.5 l bottle of wine a few weeks ago and I got VERY sick. Wine is one of the worst you can get drunk on, the hangovers are TERRIBLE!

All other things being equal ... if you drank a full bottle of wine in an hour your blood alcohol level would be somewhere near 0.14 or nearly double the legal limit for most places.

If you drank it over a 6 hour period you'd be right around .08 (the legal limit).

Beer mixed with wine ... doesn't sound very tasty! However if you also drank beer too you'd be even more drunk.

this is a old *** post but i think this is a commonly asked question so i felt like it needed updating. first off i do not want to give you medical advice, if your gonna drink i think there are plenty worse things. and simply to answer your question, if what you want is a mild relaxing kind of drunk wine is what your looking for. i have drank a 750 ml bottle of wine on many a night and it is NOT a dangerous amount of alcohol to a healthy adult, but you should take it slow if at all possible. if you want to get "shitty" just to see what its like, i suggest drinking alot of beer, for i personally have a hard time getting seriously drunk on wine but thats just me

If you want to end up in the hospital with alcohol poisining then you should. What you are doing is called Binge drinking,

What is binge drinking?

According to the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism binge drinking is defined as a pattern of alcohol consumption that brings the blood alcohol concentration (BAC) level to 0.08% or above. This pattern of drinking usually corresponds to more than 4 drinks on a single occasion for men or more than 3 drinks on a single occasion for women, generally within about 2 hours (3).

Since you are a first timer, kind off like sex you want to take your time and enjoy it, drink 1 glass, I assure you that it will get you faded, but max don't drink more than 4 glasses, or you'll regret it.

Mixing alcohol is a good way to get sick -the new drinker's biggest mistake. An entire bottle will indeed make you drunk. Be sure to eat before you drink, it's healthier.

OH YUK !!!
Mixing beer and wine. You will be like so sick!!!
ANYWAY:
750 / 29.57353 = 25.36 oz.
At 14.2% alcohol that is like 4 beers. If you have never drank before you are gonna cop a "healthy" buzz !
MY SUGGESTION
Drink the wine and call it quits on the beer till another day. :)
