When you are in a public restroom (or at a party, or anything of the sort,) and you are wearing a belt, is "bad" to buckle your belt when you are out of the stall? Should you always buckle your belt before you leave? Give any exceptions you can think of at the moment, too, please.

P.S - This obviously doesn't apply to urinal use, that is of another question.

While it would be nice to have your belt done when you leave the stall, the important thing is to have it done before you actually leave the restroom.

I think that when one comes out of a public restroom, one should be completely presentable - including having the belt buckled.

nobody cares, as long as you stay in the restroom until the belt is buckled
