Take the time to really analyze yourself. Happiness is based on internal factors, so you need to examine your attitudes toward yourself and your role in the world if you want to find fulfillment. Who you are, what you believe in, ...and then think about what you dont like about any of that. Then think about what it is you would like to be. What would you like to be doing instead? What qualities would you like to have, or need to have in order to do what you want to do. Where would you like to be in life? Once you have a general idea of who it is you would like to be, establish the new necessary beliefs and adjust your existing attitudes to follow. Be someone that you would respect and admire. Think about your passions and use them to help yourself be happier. Life is tough, but if you arent motivated to do more than just live and breathe, then you wont. Find what it is in life that moves you, and then let it move you. You know what I mean?
Establish humility and contentment. You will never live if you are looking for the meaning of life. Dont fight time, embrace it.

See a physician and talk about whether you are depressed. There is a questionnaire that they should be able to go through with you to decide. If they don't, try another physician who is more up to date.

w/o sounding dr.phillish, you really have to make a choice about how you're going to feel day to day, decision to decision. watch "the secret" if you can. it's pretty good. i thought it was the same old psychological fluff, but it articulates reality pretty well.

That you probably suffer from chronic depression and if you havent already you should seek help. Therapy and or the proper meds can really improve your feelings....

i kno exactly how u feel......wat i did is just try 2 change things up...and when sum1 asks me sumthin just dont say i dont care or i dont know....actually answer them..and make your self known to people...

paint ur house in livley house, keep ur house clean and bright. and have lots of plants. maybee a pet
