When I had to help a little kitten a few years ago, I also found that it wouldnt drink out of a little bottle. Find a medicine dropper(like one that is used for infants), lay the kitten on a soft blanket( if you have one that smells like her mom, that would be good), and drop the formula/milk on the sides of her mouth. Another way is to soak a corner of a lightweight towel/cloth in the milk and place it next to the kitten... hopefully the smell will interest it intosucking on the cloth. Good luck.

I actual have bred cats for over ten years and it is extremely uncommon certainly for a kitten like this to stay to tell the story, in spite of very much of intervention. out of your description curiously he's already loss of life. Please do attempt your superb, yet don't experience undesirable if he would not make it. Tube feeding could be ultimate. you will discover movies of a thank you to do it on Youtube, yet you degree the tube all the way down to the tummy on the exterior first so as which you be conscious of how a techniques it desires to pass in. A susceptible kitten would not have the stength to suckle exact and feed itself. there may be a congential abnormality including an inperforate anus or cleft palate, so verify for thise, yet bear in mind that some abnormalities are inner and might't be checked for. in case you are able to not get an perfect kitten milk powder then you definately can use warmed goat milk, yet not cow. sturdy success.

How old is it? Call the vet ASAP and talk to them about it. They probably won't want to see the kitten because if it's really young, there's nothing they can do. Or try to find a local NON-KILL animal shelter to see if they have ideas. APL will just kill it. Bottle feeding is the way to go but some cats just don't latch on.
Call the vet first thing and talk to them. Good luck and I hope things go well. Sorry to hear about its mom.

I have used a syringe for babies to feed kittens, once they get use to this way of nursing you will have better luck getting her to take the bottle. Make sure it is the tiny nipple for kittens and not dogs though. Then you just dip the nipple into some of it's formula, make sure it is warm and tease his lips with it,

Sometimes "grooming" helps stimulate the digestive system. Get some warm water, dip a qtip or your finger in the water and rub the kitten, then dry with a cottom ball or towel.

The medicine dropper is a good idea you can also put some on your finger and place it on his lips and don't forget to warm the formula even most grown cats wont drink if its to cold or to hot.
