My daughter enjoys going just as much as I do! No, Church is not for suckers, and yes, there are many hypocrits out there, but I'm there for God, not the fake people... GOD LOVES ALL OF US!

Yes I will be at the 8am Mass.

Glory To God In The Highest

Glory to God in the highest
And peace to His people on earth
Lord God, Heavenly King, Almighty God and Father
We worship You
We give You thanks
We praise You for Your glory

Lord Jesus Christ, only Son of the Father
Lord God, Lamb of God
You take away the sins of the world
Lord, have mercy on us
You are seated at the right hand of the Father
Receive our prayer

For You alone are the Holy One
For You alone are the Lord
For You alone are the Most High
Jesus Christ
With the Holy Spirit
In the glory of God the Father

Amen

I love to go to Mass every morning of the week I can make it.

whitehousewhore, you presume girls have no spiritual interests or wishes of their own. Who says the mother is subjecting her daughter to anything?

borninpunjab, I constantly hear Hindu statements to the effect that Christians should die for converting any Hindu. They all complain that Christians use guilt. Have you never realized that some have actual personal consciences? The True Church, the Catholic, Church, is simply the House of GOD, whether a judgement is astir or not. antichristianity is all about hate.

Wow, I wish I could find a church like that.
People at my old church said they would teach me, then when I asked any questions they got all defensive and looked and talked to me like I was stupid. : ) Fun times.
Not.
So no, I will not be going to church.

Nope, I don't wait for a specific time and place to show my faith. I did thank the Goddess today though, for the beautiful day and the time I got to spend with my husband.

I had enough of churches when I was younger and forced to go, now that I'm an adult, I choose to stay home and sleep in.

Besides, why would I want to get up early to go somewhere that is full of delusional people?

Yes I am but read your bible about woman preaching:

(1 Timothy 2; 8 - 15) 8I desire therefore that the men pray everywhere, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting; 9in like manner also, that the women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with propriety and moderation, not with braided hair or gold or pearls or costly clothing, 10but, which is proper for women professing godliness, with good works. 11Let a woman learn in silence with all submission. 12And I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man, but to be in silence. 13For Adam was formed first, then Eve. 14And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived, fell into transgression. 15Nevertheless she will be saved in childbearing if they continue in faith, love, and holiness, with self-control.

Yup, I'm going in the morning. Got the Catholic Inquiry at 9, then going to Mass after. Our church is huge, it's always packed, but I love our priest, he has a passion for it that shows, and the entire place feels like one big family. lovely. :)

Peace with be you
