It's not for losing or gaining weight
It's that I'm forced to eat meat and I don't want it

No, you will still absorb the calories, proteins and carbs--they are absorbed in your stomach and your upper intestine--what will happen is you will become dehydrated and dependent on laxatives---you will lose weight-- WATER weight--not a good thing--because you can start having heart trouble--palpitations, arrhytyhmias- and lower blood pressure, not to mention messing up your metabolism--which by the way, is the culprit for gaining weight in the first place.......stick to eating right and cut out your sugars........and get off the couch and exercise even 20 minutes Every day will make you lose weight, honest.

You would have less time to fully digest the meat and would that receive less of the protein, fat, and other nutrients derived from the meat. It seems a silly thing though, when you could just not eat meat...who is forcing you to do so against your will? Why don't you want to eat meat? Using a laxative will solve none of your problems...you'll still be eating the meat, and meat isn't bad for you.

Go the vegan route, don't eat meat if you don't want to.
Eat beans instead.

But laxatives are addictive, physically addictive. Not a good idea.

laxative abuse does not actually help with weight loss or maintenance. you lose fluids - with VERY EXTREMELY IMPORTANT electrolytes, but still digest a great deal of the nutrients, not to mention ruining your lower GI, so that when you do decide to stop with the laxatives, you'll experience troubles, ranging from chronic constipation to incontinent bowels
