there is a big difference - if you exercise on empty stomach it can lead to many serious health problems including diabetes (it was also said on the reality tv show WorkOut)
you have to eat at least some carbs before exercising.
if you exercise before eating you actually burn less calories because your body is still sleeping and saving calories.

The stomach takes about 3 hours minimum to digest food completely. I personally find that exercising before taking my breakfast is better. If I eat breakfast before I exercise I can feel the food rolling around in my stomach and I get stomach cramps. Also, there is more chance of the food coming up the food pipe and back into your mouth. Yea… gross isn’t it. If you must eat breakfast before because your hungry its better to wait for a couple of hours and then exercise.

the priority with ingesting breakfast after working is that workout will make you hungry, so as which you will undo your stable artwork with the help of ingesting too a lot. in spite of the incontrovertible fact that, engaged on an entire abdomen isn't any relaxing, the two. i'd stability out the two with the help of having a small meal formerly the run and then a snack afterwards. possibly attempt all 3 and notice which one works for you? i can't run on an empty abdomen. i'm getting way too dizzy and drained.

i try to go before i eat
the way i see it is you lose the most weight when ur sleeping so why not help it along when you wake. Then eat a light breakfast and u already weigh less. But the trick to any program is to eat less than what you exercise.

I tend to workout before breakfast. This lessens my appetite so I eat less. Plus I think if you eat before, you might get a stomach ache.

I normally eat a granola bar, oatmeal, or raisin bran (healthy foods) in smaller portions after I workout in the am.

Hope this helps you ! Feel free to hit me up with any questions, comments,or suggestions !

it's better to exercise first thing in the morning. getting your heart rate up and keeping it up for at least twenty minutes, preferably forty, will keep you burning calories all day. working muscles should be followed with a small dose of protein within forty minutes post-workout - some nuts, yogurt, etc. but, no matter what time of day you work out, eat after

it's better to eat something small before you work out. the food gives your body fuel (energy). you'll feel better and be able to do more if you eat than if you don't.
