you burn it evenly off your body, so the first place you will see change is where is the thinnest layer of fat (like your face) and the last you will see where is the thickest layer (like belly or butt)
(you cant burn fat off one place first and then other -its just what you see)

Good question. There really is no such thing as exercise that targets a particular area of fat... so working your arms muscles may remove some flab from your waisteline. THat is why it si a good idea to work the largest muscle groups in combination that you can... so you get the maximum calorie burn.
But I think it comes off in the reverse order that it went on... so if your face got fat last of all.. then it will be the first thing to get skinny when you start exercising.... Good theory I think....

you have to keep eating anti - catabolic complex carbs WITH the protein ,start with 200 of each and begin taking fat to muscle ratio reading's - your fat loss should come down in a nice smooth manner while preserving muscle BUT there has to be a calorie deficit to achieve this so try 500 below your maintenance level,if things aren't happening after 3 weeks then cut your carbs down to 150 and hold ,this plan is obviously in conjunction with intensive workouts 3/4 times per week so your body think's it NEEDS the muscle, cardio - low intensity just to target fat on separate days - 30 mins max ,cycling, jogging etc 6 small nutrient filled meals per day in regular intervals MANY guys cut the carbs down TOO much and think a much higher protein intake(300 grams p/d) will keep the muscle, but when they take a reading and discover that muscle has been eaten up by the body because of the absence of glucose the first thing they reach for is oats to carb up again and to regain the lost tissue, there IS a balance to get the results you want, been there ,done it etc...

Well, when you strength train, you build muscle mass. And muscle burns fat. I know that sounds weird, but it is true. So cardio burns throughout most of your body, but the places with the most muscle mass is probably where you will burn the most fat. You should incorporate them both into a routine as they both burn calories in lots of places. And yes, if you focus on one part of the body to work on it will burn more fat there, but then you will look a bit awkward with one part of your body developed and the other frumpy. It's best to do a full body workout.

It comes off from all over. Those areas with the largest fat deposits will also melt. It is an old wives tale that you can 'spot reduce' that is to say, get rid of fat in one area.
You can tone the muscle in one area, and that area will look smaller because muscle is more compact than fat, but you can't reduce fat in an area by working that area more.
Do measure yourself, upper arms, thighs, waist, hips and compare them every month if you want to see the results.
This technique is very inspirational, and will keep you motivated too!
Good luck!

Generally, where muscles move, the fat, the biological fuel, melts away and muscles are increased: arms, legs. Then there are fat storage areas in the body, along the intestines and under specific skin areas (mid-section): they need special attention during exercises in order to be reduced.

Depends on what type of exercise you are doing to burn it. If you are just eating better than it burns from your entire body. If you are exercising than whatever area of your body that is getting the workout, the main fat buring is coming from there.
