You can't lose 15 lbs in 2 weeks. Sorry. And if somehow you do, it's not healthy. Healthy weight loss is .5-2 lbs a week. To lose weight in a healthy way, eat less and exercise more. It is the only good way. If you crash diet, you will just gain it back when you start eating normally. It's your body's way of protecting you.

Sorry, it is not possible to lose 15 lbs in two weeks.

Reason: It takes 3,500 calories to make a pound of body weight. It takes 12 calories per pound to stay the same as you are now. So a 120# girl needs 1440 calories to stay the same. She has to give up 500 calories a day just to lose one pound a week.

Better to go on a sensible diet and plan to lose about 2 lbs a week. You may be able to lose up to 3 lbs a week if you are very conscientious about what you eat AND if you exercise using a good cardio exercise for an hour a day.

Do go to the library or your book store and check out a diet plan that will fit your lifestyle.

These are a few of the sound diets out there:
The south beach diet
The Mediterranean diet
Bob Greene's best life diet
Weight watchers
Sugar Busters

You need three meals a day plus 1-2 snacks and 3 glasses of skim or 2% milk a day. Milk will help you lose any belly fat faster than a diet without milk. It will also meet your calcium needs.

Good luck!

Cut out all sugary foods and drinks your body doesn't need. Next get on a regular eating schedule no less than two full meals a day. Also try and limit snacks and when you do eat snacks only eat healthy ones, no chips and candy.

Cut down or cut out carbonated drinks also. Exercise twice a day for the same amount of time working various parts of your body.

Don't over do yourself. You may not lose 15 pounds in two weeks but you will lose some. You want to remain healthy and not get sick. So be careful.

i tried this once upon a time and i spiraled into anorexia. i lost 20lbs in three weeks. by the end of it i couldnt move because i was so weak. when i started eating correctly again i gained it all back, even with the proper diet. dont drop more than 2lbs a week or else your body's not going to take it too well. seriously.

People who plan their weekly meals will be more successful at losing weight than those who don’t. Plan your dishes to add healthy carbs such as nice potato and wholegrain pasta, vegetables and lean proteins, buy all of the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to consume out or order in.

Suck the item in. Consciously hold in and contract your abdominals while you’re walking, sitting at your desk or making the supper. This will help to strengthen your abdominal muscles and your core, and enable you to get one step closer to a flatter stomach.
