By now it is obvious to most people that there is no real-world reason to oppose homosexuality, only a deliberately cultivated bigotry based on the fairy tales of a particular death cult.

So why suffer from Christian Persecution when Canada offers a much better life for homosexuals?

As long as Christians worship a god who whose holy book claims he drowned all the babies in the world, their morality is not a standard worthy of emulation, nor their criticism to be taken seriously.

i am gay and i dont want to convince christians of anything just show them how stupid they are...i blame them and their absurd and dangerous beliefs for the suffering many gay people around the world has undergo, for tortures and even for gay people in concentration camps...it is their philosophy based on rejection and hate that has created this idea of rejecting gay people and persecuting them/us....
It is because of christianity that homosexuality is seen as something wrong and a crime in many countries and i will never forget christians (not one of them) for so many people who have had a miserable life and horrible death just because they were gay...christians are to blame for that..and anyway one day they will pay

Lesbians have a stronger case, based on conventional literal interpretations of the Bible, than gay men. There is only one verse in the Bible which is interpreted as against lesbianism, Romans 1:26 - "For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:" You can also cite the story of Ruth and Naomi as a possibly condoned lesbian relationship. This is basically the entire book of Ruth. I have another point but it's a bit convoluted. God has no gender. "He" conceived Christ with Mary. That must have been OK. Therefore it must have been OK at least once for a woman to have sex with a conscious being who is not male, and since we are supposed to emulate God, we should do so when we make love.

You are free to Love anyone you want.
I love my father, my brother, my male friends.

However,

Homosexuality, whether by choice or not by choice, is a sin.

However it is no better or worse than the sins of any other man. So let he without sin cast the first stone....

The problem is that people want to "celebrate" this sin.

Would you celebrate that you are a liar? Would you celebrate murdering someone? Would you celebrate blaspheming? Would you celebrate any birth defect that compels you to sin?

Well then why would you celebrate using Gods temple in a way other than which it was intended by the creator himself?

That is even a bigger perversion than the sin itself.

I was born a sinner.....It wasnt my choice...God more than likely isn't sitting up in heaven saying "OOOOHHHH, Ok... you were born that way... well Ok then go ahead."

Your sin is no worse than anyone elses.... dont let it drive you away from God.

Bless You.

I think you meant to say "As long as Christians worship an ETERNAL AND UNCHANGING god who whose holy book claims he drowned all the babies in the world", otherwise you invite the argument that things aren't like that any more.

I do not hate homosexuals. I accept them. It would be impossible not too. They are already such a huge part of society now. I will not, however, EVER agree that homosexuality is right. It is not. But, I am a sinner, too.

Please understand that God's principals are unchangeable. Oh by the way I'm Christian, and I don't hate homosexuals. you see I really don't have the right to say God says it's okay now. Because he never did, and he never will. Understand this please. I believe in an unchanging, but loving God.

So you're generalizing that all Christians are biggots? Well, I guess its safe to say that all homosexuals are the decay of society then right?
