Why does God try to trick us if he really exists and wants us to know so bad?

Why is the world 6,000 yrs old in the bible, But at the same time we are recieving light from stars that are 100,000 light years away?
Why do we go to hell for not believing when there is no evidence? Is he playing with us?

Wouldnt God appreciate someone more if they question his existence instead of blindly and ignorantly accepting the "truth"?

Why does religion trump fellow humanbeings, and everything else for that matter?

How do you know JESUS went to purgatory for three days? Did he show you his ticket? what number was he in line? did he enjoy it?When did you speak with him about this?

How can you "misinterpret" scripture? shouldnt it be rock solid if God wants you to KNOW?

To question God and His existence would require the person doing the questioning to do some research. Do some reading, asking informed people, etc. to try and gain some insight. To look up into the sky and just ask God "why?' probably won't cut it. God gave us a brain. It's up to us to use it. Do some research. The light thing. I don't know. Read the first few chapters in the Bible. Did you notice that LIGHT came first, BEFORE the sun was ever created? God is not limited by time and space. Could those first days, before the sun was even created, have been billions of years long? I don't know. I sort of doubt it. But is it possible? Sure.

1. Where in the bible does it say that the earth is 6,000 years old? I have read the bible numerous times and have never found that verse. Could you please post book, chapter and verse for that please?

2.Hell is not the place of eternal torment, that would be the lake of fire. Hell is another name for paradise,purgatory. All people will go to purgatory/paradise/hell, just as Jesus did(He was there for 3days)

There is plenty of evidence that God exists. Its up to you to seek Him out.

3. I dont blindly and ignorantly accept God. I have questioned God and He has not only answered my questions, but has also proven Himself to me. And continues to show me Himself each and everyday. I dont believe God exists, I KNOW God exists

God has an eternal plan. He is looking for faithful servants. To be a faithful servant, means to believe without seeing.The Lord told His disciples that blessed be the one who believes without seeing. He also says that we don't see the wind but we know it exist because of the effect we see so also a believer may not see but feels and sees the effect of our heavenly father. I think God would appreciate someone more if he would stop mocking and attacking and actually try and find Him. That would be Prayer and Bible Study. If you seek , God will let you know the "truth."

If you see the hidden your soul will not be tested. I think everyone should and must question his existence in order to be a believer. More importantly everyone should question the pastors and the priest, imams, Rabbi's.... because they are sinners too
