Jesus would not be able to die without his own consent. He is God. If Moses were to attack him he would fail. Moses has no special powers at all. He is a normal man, and a Jew. The only thing that he ever preformed was God's work through him. Moses died of old age, a symbol of mortality, yet Jesus was proclaimed dead, and yet rose again and simply flew into the clouds several days later. So the answer is quite simply, whoever Jesus wants to win.

Matthew 17: Verses 1 to 6
1 And after six days Jesus taketh Peter, James, and John his brother, and bringeth them up into an high mountain apart,

4 Then answered Peter, and said unto Jesus, Lord, it is good for us to be here: if thou wilt, let us make here three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias.
5 While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.
6 And when the disciples heard it, they fell on their face, and were sore afraid.
To say Moses can make fire appear and the angel of death is a complete false statement and a herecy. It is by the power of God who made those things and not the servant of God.

While Moses can call down a rain of frogs, Jesus can pretty much kick *** when he attacks with the cross. Eve is pretty much the Devil though.

That pervert Moses and his syphilitic brother Aaron, both of them together couldn't whup Jesus, no way.
Jesus could levitate right over them, and turn around and push them off a cliff. He would be quicker than they. Or he may just pop them with devils.
