Cant download nothing!!!?

I have tried 2 download programs on my dell computer and i get a messege that says unknown publisher. Is there a way 2 change it to be able 2 download programs.

That's a double negative which indicates that you can download something... good for you.

Unknown Publisher just means that they are not registered with Microsoft. You should be able to continue the download anyway. The message is a warning that you are about to load software from an unknown source, that's all.

If you click run on the unknown publisher window, the program should run.
