Rafael Marquez at bantamweight.

37 wins 33 by knockout. He's a monster power puncher for his division.

Márquez is ranked number three in The Ring magazine's pound-for-pound rankings.[2] He is ranked as The Ring's number one bantamweight.

Vitali Klithscko, close 2nd is Wladimir. They both have insane punching power, look at the KO record. Wladimir has the best and strongest jab in boxing history. Winky Wright has the best technical jab, but Klithscko's finds the mark almost as often and is MUCH stronger. I would rather take a Manny Paquiao haymaker/power punch than a Wladimir Klithscko jab, no question.

LMAO at the guy that said Berto. Learn something about boxing little kid, Berto is a nobody and his flat-footed no defense style will amount to nothing against decent fighters. The answer nowadays are guys like Klitschko and Pacquiao.

Manny Pacquiao EASY! That straight, long, lazer left is as good a punch as we've ever seen. Somewhat like Tommy Hearns' long right, but straighter and faster.

without a doubt, its the Filipino Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao. Although recently he was knocked out by a petite young politician named "Darlene Antonino Custodio".
