whenever i try to open virtual pc ver.7 on my macbook pro it says "The application Virtual PC quit unexpectedly". Is there any solution to solve this problem since this is how i run word, powerpoint, and excel.

Your MacBook Pro is using Intel Processors, correct? Virtual PC does not work on Intel Processor Macs.
You need to install either Parallels or VM Ware - or use Apple's Boot Camp to run Windows.

possibly hardware, possibly RAM. Use the fix disc that got here with it. placed it in and reboot, conserving down the D key. this would initiate a diagnostic. Run the prolonged diagnostic and notice if it comes up with something.
