Do you ever feel good, but then realize it's not going to continue to get better?

Like I was feeling good at work. Interacting with these other girls a little. Then I came home and nothing mattered anymore. I know only I can make myself happy. But I'm so limited. I played with my little brother and thats about it. I don't have friends, not anymore. I don't know how to continue to feel positive about the day.

I'm almost done with college.

I can relate to you but it is very important to remain positive about your life, and sit down and write down, what it is I want from life. What do I want ,that will make me happy. Start evaluating your life as to what you really want, and if you want something so bad, it will come, but you have to remain positive. I am an optimist, and because of that I have had a very positive life. I have had plenty of bad days, but also, I have had even better days. I take the good with the bad, and make the best of it. Never say die, I am doomed, or anything else, that makes you feel like you will never obtain your goals. You can do whatever you want, it is simply up to you. You really need to sit down and make a important list of things to do; make friends (a support system is essential for good mental and physical health), find out what it is you really want to do in life (what are your interests, what are you good at), help others by volunteering (this makes people feel better) and stop sitting around doing nothing with your life.

It is important to get a good education and training of some sort for future jobs, do you have an education past h.s.? If not, enroll in junior college and take a class or two and then talk to a guidance counselor and see where your interests lead you (major).
