Poor thing. Now heres my contradicting speach. Dont drink alcohol and dont use tobacco. At least that is what my 98 year old grandfather told me while he was sipping a beer and smoking a cig. SERIOUSLY if you feel as if you are going to pass out dont do it. Be smart about the ****. Your body is warning you of something bad by giving you these signs. Next time it might just say tough, I tried to warn, but he didnt listen. Dont be hard headed.

Tobacco stops' oxygen from traveling in the blood cells. You are depriving your brain of oxygen for as long as you use the tobacco. Chew is potent. Alcohol is not good when used with marijuana- it can kill you. It thins' your blood, so there is even less blood going to your brain. Marijuana is deadly, as marijuana stops' the nutrients in food from getting used by your cells, thus you get the munchies because your body realizes' it is not getting anything. Couple that with nicotine, and you have a heart attack. Cocaine and cigarettes tax your heart, as cocaine makes' heart beat even faster, and the nicotine doesn't let any oxygen get to your heart and brain, so you are at risk of blowing your heart.
A person who is diabetic or who has low blood sugar will feel bad with alcohol. Diabetes starves' the body, as food is not utilized much for energy and nutrition content of it. Any stress will send them into a spin. Hypoglycemics need food with alcohol.
Lung or bad health problems may be what is happening with you, also.
At any rate, your body does not like that poison. Listen to it. A lost art.
Young people are very affected with even a little abuse.

You don't really need to chew tobacco or drink alcohol, so it's not exactly an emergency, is it? If it were me, I'd ask my doctor if they think it's a cause for concern the next time I happened to be there.

Basically, your are not a strong man. Give it up. It takes true people to master this awesome art. I am sorry to sound harsh. If I were you I would start stitching or playing bingo. I got biggins and can do both like a champ. If you want to do both, like all things, practice. Do your best and do not give up. Look at Michael Jackson, he sucks (literally) and still never gave up and he has a lot of money. Keep trying big man!
