I dunno, maybe brush, floss and get your teeth cleaned regularly by a dental professional. Maybe.

Go to the dentist every 6 months and have your teeth "cleaned." The hygienist picks off the built up plaque and then polishes the teeth. You should also floss your teeth at least once a day and brush at least twice a day. I don't know if the so-called plaque removing mouthwashes are of any benefit or not.

Everyone has plaque and it is constantly forming in your mouth. Brushing and flossing will remove most plaque, but it is impossible to get all of it. Plaque that remains on the teeth will calcify and turn to calculus/tartar and can only be removed by a dentist/hygienist. This is why it is important to go to the dental office at least every six months.

once plaque has hardened to your teeth, there's only the weird scrapy hooks that will get it off...get it cleaned by a dentist and remember this: the food and stuff you eat, it will remain "soft" for 12 hours, if you can brush it off within that time (brush gently, if it's not hardened, there's no real reason to scrub vigorously, it's all psychological...if it's hard you're not getting it off).........12 hours to brush your teeth...or else it hardens into tartar...brush and floss it's the only way to live....

There is no way for you to. A dentist with the right tool will have to do that for you.
