maybe some suggestions on how to prepare these eggs, without lots and lots of butter.

2 or 3. Besides the fat, your main concern should be the cholesterol from the yolks. You can remove the yolks and eat the whites though if you are looking for a god source of protein.

Hi,
If you are trying to lose weight, I wouldn't eat more than two FULL eggs a day. If you really like eggs, ( they are a great source of protein), then I would just do the egg whites mixed w/ one whole egg. You will probably need to go through more eggs, but you will see a big difference if you are adding this to a good diet! Good luck!
