The glory days of gnutella are gone. Most of the music available is done with a poor bitrate, mislabelled, etc.

You download the music, then go to the Limewire Library, hit the explore button which you can find near the bottom of the screen. (It will open the folder with all the music.) Then drag the music files to your iTunes and sync away.
I would reccomend buying music off of iTunes instead.. For obvious reasons.
