I am. I don't care if they stay or go anymore.

I like Hispanics...I even have a thing for Hispanic men. I don't care if they stay anymore. I say let them stay. Legalize them and let them work.

The more people that are in this country, the more work it will need anyway. Maybe if we get enough people here we can actually start making our own crap again and not get toxic crap from China.

I'm not enjoying the fight, but I'm not stopping or slowing down. It's a fight that must be fought.

Giving in is giving up. I am not going to do that.

Way to go!

Weren't you an "anti-illegal" before? Well, that doesn't matter, you are becoming to realize that the problem is not as great/big as the War in the middle east, and you (as an American) should focus your time more on that real problem facing the US, the war, global warming, etc.

It's doesn't matter that people come here legally/illegally because they only want to live a better life. "Illegals" don't intentionally break the law when entering, they have their reasons for coming. And for the 12 million illegal immigrants already here, we can't do anything but to make them legal, and to make them a part of this nation, because they are some of the hardworking people keeping this country up and running.

The problem is that Americans are just not well informed by their government.

See how you use the term ilegal, yes a lot of immigrants are at the margin of the law. But when you drive, do you really go the speed limit? When you were in college or hs, did you wait until 21 to drink?? How many Americans drive without insurance or a valid driver's license? How many more don't cheat on their taxes?

Most americans violate laws on the consistent basis and we don't call them criminals.

The problem is that illegals have no way of becoming legal. I can see if immigrants had a way of becoming legal, but they don't. If they did, then I could side with those who see illegal immigration as a criminal activity. Most people say that this is not an ethnic issue, but I think it is. We would not be having this debate if the immigrants were from Germany or England.

it is annoying but you have to realize the social and economic consequences from that. if Mexico was strong enough in both of those areas an open border policy would be placed in no time. but since Mexico is soo poor and the government is well its a organized crime family and that is being polite it would drain America (as it is we are leaking like a siv) we don't have the resources or the man power to accommodate such a juggernaut of a task. if Mexico could get its act together and do more for its people then we could really accomplish something.

What do you think is the average education level of the illegal immigrants? Not very high. We have enough uneducated people burdening this country. Also, all money they makes doesn't go into our economy, a lot of it gets wired back to Mexico. It is a huge part of their economy. That's why the Mexican government doesn't do anything to stop this problem. But hey, you have a thing for Hispanic men, so, what the heck, let's turn into a third world country too.

STEVE C.. honey! fortunately not everybody is starving over there as u think. Mexicans love their country, because of its warmity and its people. and most of them would not come to live here even if you pay them, not because amewrica is a bad country, but because they Do have a real life in theirs with real jobs, not like in the farm. love"

let em come. i think its great. we have it better here than most other countries, and 250 million people from now we are still going to be a prosperous country. if 1 person has a better life in the US because they jumped the border then i am glad. plus, i would rather have 10 more illegal immigrants in the US than have my tax dollars pay for someone to live on Welfare.

Like them or not, they will continue to come until the wage rates are equalized.

We can never make the crap we purchase from other countries and maintain a standard of living higher than they have. So, while I agree that they are decent people, we maintain an open border at the peril of the vaunted American Dream.

I will never quit fighting.
I started this against illegal immigration not immigration and I still feel that way.
I never felt racist, as proved by arguing and getting blocked by a white illegal, who by the way isn't that bad of a guy, we just agreed to disagree and quit fighting, but I still think he is illegal and he still thinks I am an idiot.

I will alway fight illegals, but I have developed a bigger concern and if you think I am a racist for it, tough.
Sadgreeneyes: at the current way things are going you will get your wish.
La Raza, MEChA, Aztlan and all the other racist Latino organizations have already stated their position, Everything for the Race, Nothing for those outside of the race. That is not the exact quote but it is the general idea. Are you a part of THE RACE, because if not you and your children will get to fulfill your dream and you can be exploited right along with the rest of us.

They are not fighting for illegals, they are fighting for Hispanic illegals, I am against illegals, but I am especially against the illegals who are coming here to promote a racial takeover. If anyone is making this a race debate, it is THE RACE as they call themselves, they care nothing for any of you bleeding heart feel-good types or anyone else who does not belong to THE RACE.
