for me it's when one of my puppies comes up and just sits in my lap looking all sad at me and giving me puppy kisses.

he knows when i'm sad and wants to make it all better.

is there anything better in this world than the unconditional love of a cute little puppy dog?

Usually I will put Dark Side of the Moon on the stereo and lay on my bed with my two dogs and two cats and just relax with them. That makes me feel loads better.

Gotta agree with you on that one. I have two big German shepherds who are both mushpuppies. My little female has to lay with her head touching my foot and wants to be petted all the time. She's just so sweet-natured that she makes me laugh and smile, even when I'm not feeling good.

The big male is particularly sensitive to my mood. If I'm sick, upset, or my legs are really hurting, he'll come over and put his big old head down on my knee until I tell him it's OK. He was neglected for the last six years, and I was the one who rescued him, so I think he associates me with love and caring.

I swear he tries to reciprocate as much as he can. He may not be a "little" puppy dog, but he sure is a lover and a cuddler.

Yes the unconditional love of Jesus Christ; it may seem dumb to you but when I have a really bad day I want to pray to God that the next is so much better. Plus there is more important things in life then you just having a bad day, because maybe you could make someone else's brighter!

I've got a doggie and a kittie (along with my sister's dog and cat) and they do make things seem better. It also helps me to listen to my favorite band, Evanescence or just talk to my best friend. But, more than anything, talking to my fiance on the phone really helps more than anything else.

Swimming helps me so much.

I love the feel of being in the water. On more days than I care to remember I have swam and cried at the same time until I had no more need for tears.

When I am having a really bad day- it used to be my boyfriend that made it all better- then... He was the source of all of my REALLY bad days.

Then, or now- i have to turn to Jesus. He never gives me a bad day. And He is always there when I come to Him. Sometimes I have to get out my Bible and go into my room, shut the door, get on my knees and just cry- and cry and say "Oh God!! I am so miserable!! Please, help me." Then He reassures me of His promises, loves me a little more, reminds me of His goodness. Then I sigh and say, "Thanks, Lord. I love you so much."

I'll just pretend that today is not a bad day. Works for me.

I wish I have a dog. My dad tied mine outside, which I completely disagree with. And, now, my dog is out there moaning. Poor dog.

My dog's name is Tsubaka; isn't it cute? How about yours?

My puppy has the cutest look. She is so needy looking. Can't you just eat her up.

But to add to that special thing to make you smile. That same puppy when she has bologna farts!

I have 3 birds that play with me like puppies. They'll make me laugh and that makes it all better.
