Lol! Indian Ring Neck. They are soooooo cool! I'd love to have one. Also, African Ring neck. They are gorgeous. They can talk too. some sound really funny. I've even seen them do tricks!

Indian Red Neck Parrot like the other answer states! They make good pets and are very, very affectionate although they can be very loud also. I had one and they love to have their head stroked. When you do that, their eyes change significantly. I have never heard of an Indian Red Net Parrot.
