its just been like this for a few days but its a fairly young hamster, we've only had it for about 2 to 3 months and its the only one we have so i dont think its pregnant, but its butt or around that region has swelled up and i dont know what it is!

if it is a male it is his testicles but if its a female well you may have a problem

It's blockage of some kind, which happens with hamsters. If you don't take it to the vet within a few hours, it will most likely die. Without the vet taking care of it, it will pass within 1 - 2 days.

Hard to say without seeing it, but it could just be a male hamster? The testicles will get quite large at that age.

if it's a male, it's just the testacles, they're testacles changes size sometimes....if it's a female, it would only be pregnant if you have another male in the cage and the lower half of the stomach is bigger than usual.

Sounds like it might be blockage. Get it to the vet quickly!

Pretty sure your hamster is male and that those are his tetsticles.

Nobody can tell you for sure but the vet.. So take it there..
