Whose motherboard?

If the chip is onboard the MB the board manufacturers site will have the proper driver. Just look on the main board go the that mfg website and get the drivers for all the built in devices.

You should have a cdrom that came with the motherboard.
On that cdrom is your AGP Video Drivers, USB Drivers and your Ethernet Controller Dirvers.

go to the manufacturer's website under support you should find them unless you have a home built system then you need to visit each component's manufacturer's site and get the drivers one by one from each site.

mate check property of eithernet controller. thereshould ne name ...and name of comany then check web site of that company.
