Well since Moses was well before Buddha historically, Buddha would have had to have regressed to leave tablets behind for Moses. And if Moses found said tablets all of history would be changed, and time travel does not allow that.

Unfortunately our liberal democratic leaders push for more rights for criminals so that they have the power to ruin the lives of the Innocent. Sorry you are going through this but it sounds like he knows how to work the system. The only way to find freedom would be a really good lawyer that can bury him. Since he has been in jail for abuse, if he were to abusive again he probably would not be out for a very long time.
