Depends on the demeanor and size of the bartender.
True story...This horse walks into a bar and the bartender says: Hey why the long face? The horse nonchalantly slurs in response..Whatever,barkeep keep 'em commin' LOL

the Bible does not say, "Not to drink" it says to not drink in excess, therefore a few drinks are ok. But to become drunk falls into unruly behaviour, and accidents. So it is a warning, but for those who cannot control themselves sober, God warns them not to drink at all.
