Depends on the demeanor and size of the bartender.
True story...This horse walks into a bar and the bartender says: Hey why the long face? The horse nonchalantly slurs in response..Whatever,barkeep keep 'em commin' LOL

not unless once he gives you whatever and you get plastered, you leave, drive home, hit some elderly people, then go to the bartender's house and sleep with his wife, then steal his tv.

the Bible does not say, "Not to drink" it says to not drink in excess, therefore a few drinks are ok. But to become drunk falls into unruly behaviour, and accidents. So it is a warning, but for those who cannot control themselves sober, God warns them not to drink at all.
