you will never lose weight with this - you will only gain.
the only fat burning exercise is cardio - running, hiking, jogging, swimming, rope jumping, cycling etc - do them 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min)
light weight training 2-3 days a week.
jumping jacks are a waste of time and crunches if you want (they only build muscle and will make your belly look bigger as long as there is gona be fat on top of your abs) do them twice a week 15-25reps 2-3 sets.

Weight loss will not center on the length of the workout, but the balance between are you putting out more than you take in. Portion control, drinking water to aid with digestion and elimation plus exercise will equal weight loss. Do not ignore cardio. . .walking is easy to add.

How much you lose also depends on how much you weigh, what your normal activity level is, your age, how much muscle you have, and how much and what you eat.

It is a good routine, but what about push-ups? You also need to work out your back if you're gonna work on your abs. Also, don't make this too routine. Switch it up a little. Start small and gradually increase the amount of each that you do. Switch the order in which you do them, too.
