Completely cut out all drinks except water. Stay away from junk foods, eat five meals a day for snacks eat fruits and vegetables don't add things to the fruits or vegetables eat them plain. Eat healthier and walk on a treadmill or the block for an hour a day 5 days a week. I'm glad your not willing to become bulimic, also you must remember that results do not come fast it takes time so do not give up after one week. I've been doing this and I've lost five pounds. I am 14 and weigh 155 I want to get down to 120. Just remember your not alone and at least your trying. It will pay off. Good luck.

Buy a bike and find some friends to ride with you. You can do this most of the day while you're just hanging out for the summer. Or get involved in some kind of sport. Also, stay away from sodas, sugar, and cut back on carbs. And drink plenty of water.
Check out Sparkpeople.com It has a lot of resources that Will help you. It will help you recreate a routine that you can stick to. It also have support groups and nutritionist available. Good Luck!

ok well i know how u feel, and iit must be hard for u to come out to the open about this...i would recomend to not diet actually. Well i dont like to use the word "diet" because it makes me stress more. but i Do strongly recomend that u eat the right amount of food. Im not sayin stop eating because i also love food, but i always eat in proportions. dont go straight ahead to not eating, pace urself and try to eat only 3 meals a day, and day by day try to limit the amount of fat u eat
also exercise is important as well, ok lets say ur watching tv while watching u can try to jump around and just move alot. im a dancer and i used to weigh a lot too, but i got into dancing and it saved my butt. try to inroll into some kind of a activity.
i also have one last thing to say, u can lose a great amount of weight in 2 weeks if u dont eat after 6:00 P.M. it may seem hard in the first few days, but plz trust me when i say if u dont eat after 6 o clock u will see results...if u have a urge to eat after 6, just chew gum or somethin...or have a light fruit or vegtable to eat
i wish u the best
:]

WWWOOOOOOOOWWWWW your huge. But seriously this is what U do start running, or swimming and buy an ab lounge it cost about $100 but it works great I know many ppl who've used it and they all have had great success.... ..
........
Also go on a good diet don't do that stuff with pills or ANYTHING THAT BURNS WATER WEIGHT. It all sucks if your truly serious stay on a strict diet and don't do that bullshit when someone says exercise 2 times a week DO IT EVERY DAY, no matter what
Lastly don't try a bunch of light little walks every day that takes like a year or more to do U wantr real results not 1/3 of a pound every week, realize the more U put in the more U wilI get out so hit the tredmill or go outside AND RUN and finally keep your eyes on the prize.

You need to eat smaller portions and eat 3 times daily. At the same time, you need to exercise daily. Any exercise will do and you don't have to join a gym. You can do many exercises at home, like jumping jacks, sit-ups, and push-ups. Walk as much as possible! If you can't walk around your neighborhood ( for whatever reason), go to the mall and just walk around and around. Summer is here and bike riding and swimming are both wonderful forms of exercise. If you get hungry in between meals, snack on some fruit rather than reaching for junk food like chips and cookies. A handful of grapes or eating a banana can be just as hunger-quenching as a small bag of chips. If these things don't help you lose any weight at all, then you should consult with a Nutritionist.

ok just eat healthy food and excercise at least an hour a day. join a sport club or just jog with a friend for a while.
DO NOT EAT FRIED FOODS.those are your worst enemy even if you don't need to lose weight. eat salads for snacks and when you're thirsty, try to drink water instead of a soda or juice. that will help your skin too. try to stay away frmo the computer....go to the movies, buy groceries, or just walk thedog or something. my aunt suggests keeping a food journal where you write down the foods you eat everyday and try to improve it a little each day. and if you eat when you're bored or sad, (which i do) try this trick. swish some salt water in your mouth for a couple minutes, and then wait 10 minutes and you shouldn't be hungry anymore.
if you need any more tips or suggestions email me.

dont get depressed over it - its the worst thing you can do and its not gona help you.
be patient because good comes with waiting (and hard work)
first of all you have to realize that you have to make permanent changes in your lifestyle to get permanent results.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Whatever you do, do not become bulimic. It hurts your health, and many die from the disease. Just start exercising and eating healthier, you'll see your weight go down and your clothes start to fit better in no time. :]
