cm, the majority of the military have no faith in Bush or his war tactics and the majority say that we should have never attacked Iraq! That is in the Army Times if you care to look it up!

Yes it does have something to do with freedom. We have done nothing but watch Bush try and tear apart the constitution and re-write treaties! He signed over 800 slips, declaring himself above the law and above the courts!

The US is in the Oil business, and those slopping at the trough of corporate welfare!

Iraq itself had only do do with oil. At least in Vietnam we were fighting Communists!

No one knows what the troops think about being in Iraq or Afghanistan, they wouldn't dare give an opposing answer to anyone who asked them while they are still in the military. They are doing the job they were trained to do, fight, not to think; although I'm sure some of them do think & wonder but we can't know because they can't say anything. I'll bet when they get home & out of the military we will hear plenty. Maybe not all bad; but surely some bad will be said by them. They are not robots.

Soldiers in Iraq are not all poor people looking to pay for school, are not all men, are not all pro bush, but they all know a hell of a lot more about war than you do, my friend.

I would leave the judgement of this war up to an educated person with a valid opinion, or a soldier who has experienced it for themselves, regardless of the opinion.

But I would never leave the judging up to a person WHO types like THIS... and finishes a calculated political opinion with "...LMAO"

...because those soldiers in IRAQ are actually risking their lives and YOU sit on your *** and complain about it.

Go ahead. Laugh at them.

of course. Ask yourself one question. If you lived in Iraq would you be asking ignorant questions on yahoo answers that went against your leaders. No i think not, leave those thoughts for us soldiers and you say sorry.o ya....If you lived in fear and your family was killed from a chemical attack by your own non-elected leader dont you wish that one of the greasest countries like the us would step up in time of need. dont be so selfish...it is about freedom...ya the war didnt go as planned but the reason you can sit and complain about it is because you already have that freedom..take that away and let terrorists an communists kill our people and there own and talk to me about it.

listen the soldiers in Iraq understand that it is only crap that is being spewed from the media and their commanders, but they have no choice but to make the best out of the bad situation, their main focus is making sure they get back alive, nothing else.

No
Iraq isn't worth one single drop of American blood. We want to step up a democratic wonderland in the Middle East. This is our generations Nam I feel for the families that lost a loved one. If I die over here I’ve died for nothing.

One day, if you get your way, when an al queda member has you leaned over a table wearing an orange jump suit and they put a blade to your neck - you will think this war was about freedom too....but then it will be too late for you.

roscoe, I just left you my reply that isn't allowed here in your email.

It basically says, "someone" would have to be an idiot not to realize what people who strap bombs to their chests would do if they ran a country with the oil finances of Iraq.

Yes, I think giving them one of the richest countries in the middle east would have an effect on our freedom and safety.
