There is a Biblical basis for this type of Baptism. I would be answering my own question if I give you the specific verses.

Some Christians believe that Baptism is necessary for salvation. They are then questioned, "what about those who can't be baptized? What if they die for their faith before they were baptized?

The answer: If a person really wanted to be baptized but for some odd reason just could not physically get baptized, then his desire is considered a baptism. (Baptism of Desire)

If he was persecuted for his faith and dies for this faith, then that is Baptism of Blood.

The Bible says that we must be Baptized to enter the kingdom of heaven and to receive the Holy Spirit..

The thief on the cross is a good example of one being baptized by desire. One who is martyred for his faith is Baptized of blood.

I'm not sure i understand the question 100%, but i was baptised before old enough to understand. I have since become pagan.

So as i hear the question, i think it blood as my relatives chose it, not because of my desire. But that is me personally. Others will be their choice.
