We have a benihanas and a place very similar and a little cheaper called Shogun. I love both of them, its very entertaining and both places have great food. Shoguns has this pineapple and whipped cream dessert that is yummy..
My boyfriend has visited the place called strip club and he didnt care for it much.

I would recommend Benihana. I think that it is the best restaurant with great service. The chefs are very entertaining and the food is great. Good prices for the food and service too. It is in Mission Valley at the west end.

Well, this is a little off topic, but there is a great place in the Gaslamp called The Strip Club, where you cook your own meat, chicken, or fish on a grill. It's got a fun atmosphere, and the food is excellent. You must be 21 or over to eat there. It was around $15 for kebobs, and up to $25 or $30 for steaks, depending on what kind. Portions are huge - definitely a good place to share.
