You have not stated the age of the kitten and feeding it the wrong milk will mean that it probably wont survive.
You need to obtain special milk for kittens under weaning age. You can purchase a product called Shirley's Lactol from pet shops or in an emergency your vet may have a supply.
After feeding the kitten you will need to mimic what its mother would do and take a piece of damp warm cotton wool and gently do a licking action with it on the kitten anus area to stimulate it to go to the toilet. You must do this after every feed, or its stomach will swell.
This is a hard thing to do with a very young kitten and I pray that your kitten pulls through.

As people have said, every 2 hours, but it is very hard and a lot of people tend to overfeed. Why not ring your vet to see if any cat has had kittens recently so you can foster it out for a few weeks. That really would be the best option for the kitten because apart from being fed, it needs to learn how to be a cat which only another cat can teach.

Every 2 hours day and night it will need a bottle of kitten milk replacer until 2 weeks. Every 3 hours day and night until 4 weeks. By then hopefully it should be able to lap the replacer from a bowl. Then you can start to ween it onto mashed kibble with warm water at about 5 weeks. It will still need kitten milk replacer too every 4 hours for at least another couple of weeks. I tend to go on the size of the kitten as to when to stop the kitten milk. If it's very tiny I carry on until about 8-9 weeks. They do tend to be a little smaller without the benefit of mothers milk.
You must be sure to feed it day and night for at least the first 4 weeks or it may well die. I normally do it until 6 weeks unless they are bigger kittens.
Without a doubt it's very hard work, but very rewarding when you see them growing up healthy.

Every 2-3 hours around the clock. At 1-2 weeks you can start to very slowly decrease the frequency, so by 4 weeks you are feeding it every 5-6 hours. The milk should be a kitten milk replacer only, I like KMR the best. Warm, but not too hot! They hate cool milk. Don't forget to stimulate it to go to the bathroom after every feeding. It should have a nice round tummy and sleep well in between feedings. Weighing it every day on a vegetable gram scale will let you know that it is growing correctly. It also needs a heat source until it is 3 weeks old--a heating pad set on low under the box it is in works well. Only put the heating pad under half the box, so if he gets too warm he can move away. Don't use a box that is too big. At 2-3 weeks old start to deworm him every 2 weeks with pyrantel pamoate. At 3 weeks the digestive system is mature enough to begin to handle solids.

If the kitten is less than 2 weeks old (eyes aren't open) should be fed at least every 2 hours. At 2-4 weeks 3 hours and for 4 weeks it should be starting to supplement milk with wetfood but that is fed about every 6 to 8 hours.

Hi ~ I'm not 100% sure but I think it's every 2 hours. You need to contact the PDSA or a vet and they will give you the most reliable information.
They'll also tell you the correct milk formulation to ensure that the kitten gets all of it's nutritional needs, otherwise it could end up very poorly.
Good luck xxx

Feed it a little but often. Every two to three hours is about right. Also, make sure that she is warm and secure, as she will be feeling very vulnerable without her mom
