* Being quiet.

*Keep YOUR kids,pets and trash off my lawn.

* Minding Your own dang business.

* Being friendly but NOT too friendly. Wave hi but don't keep me in a long drawn out gossip session or brag fest.

* Keeping your lawn free of cars and overgrown grass.

* If you see my house getting robbed or my car broken into please call the cops.

Keeping your property neat. Being friendly without being annoying. Showing concern without being nosy. Not complaining about things neighbors do.
Someone said good fences make good neighbors. I disagree. Good fences make for no neighbors. That's sad.

Being friendly and courteous. Don't annoy them with loud music or television. Ask them if anything is annoying them and do something about the problem.

you avoid communication with your other neighbours at all costs
it's just annoying when your neighbour doesnt do this
