What is a good way to loose 50 pounds in 2 months or less if possible. I am 5 ft. 5 inches and i weigh about 170 pounds. Can someone tell me how to lose from 30 to 50 pounds in two months? im going back to be a sophmore next year and i made a bet saying i will go back to skool skinny. ill do anything to lose at least 40 pounds. PLASE SOMEONE HELP!!!!!!!!

do the 5 factor workout and you can loose up to 20 lbs a month!

also do the 5 factor diet with it!

Cut out the fast food, first. Instead of potato chips or some other junk/snack food, go with yogurt or fruit.

I gave up fast food back in Oct of '96; the first month I lost 3 to 4 inches off my waist (size 9 jeans to size seven. Now I'm almost a five!)

go up and down stairs. Not like the treadmill at the gym, actual stairs. Don't run or bounce, take them two at a time--after a few flights, you'll "feel the burn".

Break down how much weight you want to lose. Don't look at it as "50 lbs in two months," set a realistic amount per week as a target loss. Don't weigh yourself everyday, either. That will drive you nuts, or at least to a disorder of some sort.

Take a before picture, pick an outfit in about the final size that you want to be, and see if a friend/family mamber will join you in your quest. The buddy system is usually a good thing. "Usually" because if he/she cheats on the diet, they may tempt you to do the same.

Get the book, "The Fat Flush Plan," by Anne Louise Gittleman. The thing you want to do is increase you protein intake, to get your liver into fat burning mode. You can do this by way of Atkins, or any other high protein shakes of your choice. For two weeks, do nothing but the shakes along with 64 ounces of water, or more, a day. The Fat flush Plan works on the same principal, but Dr. Gittleman does this by eating high protein foods, if you can't hack two weeks of shakes, and water, alone. Don't try to lose too much in too little time; it's not healthy, and you are very likely to gain it back.
I'll also give you Kevin Trudeau's tips for losing weight; he says it's possible to lose 30 lbs. in 30 days. Take 1 tablespoon of raw organic apple cider vinegar before each meal. Take 1 tablespoon of organic unrefined coconut oil twice a day; one in the morning, and one in the afternoon. This can be found in "More Natural Cures Revealed,' by Mr. Trudeau.

u can eat a day : -1 piece of gum(orbit or any other with only 5 calories!!!)
- 1 slice of toast (just simple toast-->15 calories)
- 1 or 2 can of diet Pepsi/coke ( a can of diet coke contains 0.1 calories)
- water, water water, water, as much as u wish :)
- 1 glass of iced water burns 17 calories :)
Keep this diet for 3/4 weeks at least 2 weeks..I know it's hard, but whenever u r about to eat just send me an e-mail at fashion_bug61@yahoo.com and we'll discuss why is better if u don't give up!!!! Good Luck, and I hope this diet will work out for u too :)

You should lose weight at a rate of about one pound per week. Otherwise, you will probably gain back all you lost and more.

I guess it would have to be eating fruits, veggies, drink, and exercies 30 mintues a day. Since it's you can walk or dance class. Have someone join you with execrise.

Go to sparkpeople.com, its free an lets u track your meals an gives you ideas to. Tell you what exercises to do. An if you take vitamin B it will give u more energy when you exercise, so you'll burn more calories. try the cite

well lots of exercise and fruit... alothough dont ooverdue the working out or ull weigh more b/c muscle will combine with fat

workout, run in the morning and ride your bicycle in the evening, dont eat fast food very often, vegetables would be nice..
