Well, there are organized Kemetic groups of people who still worship the ancient Egyptian Gods. I'd suggest starting with www.kemet.org

Often, people who worship the Egyptian Gods use the Egyptian names, not the Greek ones. So it's Aset, not Isis. Wesir instead of Osiris, and Yinepu instead of Anubis. If you want to worship with a balance of good and evil, you must acknowledge Ma'at, the Goddess of truth and justice. She's the one that keeps the universe, the world, the seasons, and even the Gods in order. She was present before creation, and she was there when the watery chaos existed. It is her feather that the deceased's heart is weighed against to figure out entrance into the afterlife.

Often, the Egyptian cities were dedicated to a grouping of Gods, often a triad. It varied from location to location and from era to era. For example, Wesir, Aset, and their son Heru was a triad. Amun, Mut, and Khonsu were very popular.

I think you would like the temple at Kom Ombo in Egypt because it had Heru, who represented order, paired with Sobek, a chaotic crocodile God!

Since Judaism, Christianity and Islam came from the Ancient Egypt religion, I'd say that most of us are followers of one deity or another.

I love Thoth the God of Knowledge and Arts. Egyptian Scribes learned their Art in his Temples. He was also a teacher of the Healing Science.

It's impossible to follow all gods, because many of them demand exclusivity, including but not necessarily limited to Jesus Christ, the Jehovah of the Jehovah's Witnesses cult, and Allah. I follow Jesus by the way, not Egyptian deities.

I have a warm spot in my heart for Anpu and Bast, however I don't work with Them much anymore. I find that I am drawn to the Greek pantheon now, and I don't feel that mixing pantheons is the right thing for me to do.

I do not worship the African Gods of Egypt, but I do respect them deeply. My favorite is Aten, the sun disk.

I'm Eclectic, so I talk to a wide range of deities. Among them, I do talk to Bast and Anubis quite often. Mostly to ask them to take care of any stray or hurt cats and dogs I see but can't catch to take care of them myself.

Kemetic Reconstructionism is probably pretty tiny. I'd guess a few hundred tops.
