i think my brother might be on drugs. we had a family picture made and i put my arm around him, he has shoulder length hair and his hair was wet. at that time he would not have had a shower within 2 hours, or worked out either.

Do you live in a state where it gets humid? I have very thick hair that can take 4 hours to dry sometimes.

If I don't blow dry my hair it is still pretty wet up to 3 or 4 hours after I wash it, so if his hair is thick, that could be the reason it was wet. I've never heard of drug use causing wet hair, unless he was using something that made him perspire heavily.

He could be sweating, or his hair could be oily. Check his pupils to see if they are dilated or if his eyes are bloodshot. Could be pot, speed, cocaine, or any other stimulant.
