I need to shed some pounds but like many people, i get discouraged and lose interest when I feel that I'm losing pounds, then I weigh myself and notice I've lost little to nothing at all.

Any suggestions....good and bad welcomed.

serious risks are gaining it all back.. lol.. i know how you feel. just dont rush it! eventuallly after running a couple miles a day and drinking alot of water the weight will shed off. recently i lost about 50 lbs, but it took about a year, because i was on and off. but i feel good the way i am. if theres anything i can do to help, just send an email

What you need is a combination of a good nutritional program and exercise.

I have found an amazing, high quality program that works for me. My first six weeks I lost 20 pounds and 19 inches. I feel great and have lots more energy. This is a program for good health, but weight loss of at least 15 pounds a month is a very common result. If you are interested in knowing more, go to www.rNutritionMall.net or contact me at Nutrition.Heals@comcast.net.

I think your goal of 30 pounds in 30 days is probably not possible in a healthy way. Take a little bit longer and build a healthier you. You're worth it!

Possible, but extremely unlikely. Serious risks? gaining it all back just as fast as you lost it. Screwing up your metabloism.

aim for 10lbs, it doesnt seem like much, but it makes a huuuuuuuuuuge diffrence. Also, dont put a time frame on things, IMO it makes you more likely to fail.

I'm in weight watchers, and it works great for me. It's not the program that makes it easy to lose, or the meetings that keep me motivated, it's the cost. I paid in advance, so If I dont lose weight I'm out like $300.

possibly but not recommended. The healthy way to lose weight is to aim for 2 pounds a week. That's advice directly from a nutritionist.
