If it's true, yes!

Even if global warming isn't true, pollution is. Caring for God's creation is NOT "worshipping the creation rather than the Creator!" Caring for the Earth is what God told us to do! (See Genesis 1 and 2.) How would you like it if someone trashed something you created?

We as Christians certainly have a responsibility to take care of the Earth that God has blessed us with. But the whole global warming thing is more of a religion than it is science. As Christians we should be concerned with truth, and research the facts before getting on the government control bandwagon with those that are too lazy or stupid to actually research the science. These same scientists, 30 years ago, were telling us that the earth would freeze over, and we would enter the next ice age. Don't bow down to false idols of science. Research it for yourself. Just because everyone is saying something doesn't make it "truth".

Same people back in the 70's were crying out that we were doomed because of global cooling, so take it with a grain of salt. There have always been doomsdayers and always will. For what its worth 1500 scientists world wide have signed a document saying there is no evidence to a man caused global warming and many believe (and history shows) that it is a normal cycle the earth goes through. I'm not saying don't use Gods creation foolishly. We need to be conservative of His creation but we need to be wise and not swept away with every thought of the day that will change tomorrow. Funny how so many of the same people were crying out against nuclear energy not to long ago and now they are endorsing it! hmmmm.

I'm not sure. The scientists aren't sure either, whether global warming is truly a concern or not. The book of Revelation is pretty clear that this world is gonna be just about destroyed before Jesus comes back to set up His kingdom and set everything right.

If "The meek shall inherit the Earth," and if Christians are supposed to be the meek, then yes I think that Christians should buy into stopping Global Warming so that they'll have a nice, healthy place to stay.

Global warming is very real and we all need to take it seriously! The bible does say that in the last days the weather will be so that we will not know one season from the other except for the changing of the leaves on the trees.

The Bible teaches that in the last days the earth shall wax old as does a garnment.

So Christians ought to expect that there are going to be problems with the earth, weather conditions, holes in the ozone, melting of the polar caps, and so on.

But there are many world problems, and naturally people are working on solving them. some work on one problem, and some devote their time to another problem. This is because different people feel that one problem is more serious than another, not that any one of the problems is not serious, but it depends on what we feel a calling for; or that one problem is more pressing than another.

Should Christians buy into junk science? Isn't that what they're already accused of?

The earth is important, yes; but no-one should buy into anything that's politically motivated to legislate society into yet another "mind-prison" where the likes of High Priest of the Environment, Al Gore, decreases man's ability to use natural resources.

Everyone should be concerned about global warming. It has nothing to do with religion.

Sure. Just pretend it's Amway and get people to "buy into" that.
Seriously, phrased like you had it makes it sound like you don't believe either, like you are investing. I'm not big into religion at all, but add some credibility to that "leap of faith" and run with it, don't hedge a bet on which you should "buy into."
