They can't do anything unless they saw it.

You will probably get charged with a misdemeanor of reckless driving. Child protective services could be called as well. You have to be an idiot to let your 14 year old ride on top of the hood of a car moving 25-30 mph. If your child had fallen off, she would have cracked her skull or broken some other bones at that speed.

they can site you for a number of violations but the main on would be child endangerment. this would be one of the more serious one for child services will become involved and can recomend child removial to the court. But to be honest that is a very stupid thing to do for how would you feel if your child not onlyfell off, but fell in the path you were taking and ran her over would that be worth it?? But did the cops contact you in anyway if not most likely you have nothing to worry even though you deserve whatever they give you n more

You will, at the least, be investigated for child endangerment. Currently a a big hot button for the politically correct. If you have not already done this don't. If you already have, get a lawyer.

You didn't mention your age, but if she wasn't hurt you might get a ticket for disorderly conduct or something similar.

You know...probably wasn't the best idea you've ever had, and it seems like you realize it, so just learn from it and drive safely next time. Good luck to you.

Most likely nothing will happen. I wouldn't worry about it. She didn't get hurt or anything right?

FIRST I WOULD HOPE THAT SOMEONE WOULD REPORT YOU TO THE CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICE AND FINE YOU AS WELL.
