After opening the biscuits just smoosh one flat and fill it with a chunk of chocolate, some kind of jam, marshmallows w/graham crackers and chocolate, junks of your favorite candy bar, etc. I think you get the picture, then fold over filling and use a fork the crimp the ends down making the pregnant folded over biscuit look like a small empanada.

Bake at 350F till it looks golden brown and I am pretty sure the 'filling' will be good and melted/heated. YUM! Let it cool down a little...or follow the package instructions for the biscuits.

How about a few peperonis, mozzarella cheese, lil' oregano...now that would be delicious too, covered in pasta sauce!

Bake the biscuits as normal. Transfer each to an individual, oven safe dish. Cover with cheese sauce and broil for crisp topping.

Cheese Sauce:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
dash pepper
1 cup milk
1/3 cup sharp or mild Cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
dash garlic powder

Make a roux and add the milk slowly. Bring to a low boil and add remaining ingredients. Stir until bubbly.

Girl, you can do so much with refrigerated dough!!! If you like Southern food, and Paula Deen off the Food Network, this is one of the recipes she uses for Fried Biscuits. Basically, you just get the biscuit and fry it in a pot of grease. Pour honey butter over it. Personally, I like to add a little cinnamon to mine:)
Enjoy!!

Cut into triangles, put a little jam inside and fold over and bake. Kids like them because they are fairly small, sweet and like a turn-over.
