Focus on you. Eat right, exercise and get plenty of sleep. Spend time with friends and family who love you and get out of the house. Try an excercise class or hobby that you always want to get into that you never had time for when you were ina relationship. Weeks will go by and you'll be to busy to notice and by the time you do you'll be over it!

I do things that I enjoy most. I hang out with my friends and get moral support from them. I do things with my family. I also allow myself a 24 hour period where I feel like crap and feel as low as I can. During that 24 hours, I watch movies with single women in them, I eat out of big ice cream containers.
Whether or not the relationship just didn't work out or he didn't deserve you, you have to remember that you were fine on your own before him. You'll be fine again.

Keep yourself busy. Surround yourself with friends and family. Go dance, and meet new people. Stay away from the booze for a little while though - no need in doing something that you'll feel stupid about later to compound the problem.
