Ezekiel 23:20 does not mention them. This is a parable. Ezekiel used it because he was dealing with a bunch of hard-headed people, and he tells this parable to get their attention. By the way, paramour which is mentioned in the above named verse, means lover.

Because genitals are part of creation. Genitals are part of human beings, animals, and, to a degree, even plants!
