Im trying to find the name of a show for my mom, she syas it played on channel 2, 4, or 7. all i know about it is that people would hire this birtich actor to get even with people or stop them from harrassing them. He had a bumper sticker on his car saying something like ,,, need help,,, or is someone harrassing you... anyone know what it could be?

The Equalizer starred Edward Woodward as Robert McCall.

I believe it aired on CBS in the 80's

I loved The Avengers and The Saint. Never saw The Prisoner.

You have asked the right person. It was my favorite show it was I believe on chanel two. The advertisement was put in the news paper and it said Need help call the EQUILIZER.

That was the name of the show. It stared british actor Edward Woodwood.

Much to my delight I had taped the shows.

The Equilizer. It was on one of the cable channels last year, but haven't seen it lately. It was a great show.
